Advisor
Madhusudhan Anand — Maddy — advises DataFrontier on its research direction. As co-founder and CTO of Ambee, he built deep-tech systems in multimodal remote and ground sensing — fusing satellite, sensor, and model data into climate intelligence used worldwide. A NASA PACE partner, Ambee's platform now serves 4 billion API calls across 120+ countries, powering Pharma, FMCG, and other enterprises that rely on it as a trusted source of environmental data. He has taken deep-tech products from an idea to several million dollars in revenue and raised the venture funding to build them. A patent holder with multiple papers published in ABDC-indexed journals, his work sits at the intersection of applied AI and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), focused on amplifying technology's contribution to societal welfare. He is an alumnus of IIIT Bangalore and BITS Pilani, holds an MS in Data Science from Liverpool John Moores University, and is an alumnus of Y Combinator School, Techstars 2020, Google Launchpad, and Google Research for Social Good.
